How can the identity of a product be communicated through calligraphy/ hand lettering?
This project is an attempt to experiment and try out different forms of expression through calligraphy. The product I have chosen to work with is a body butter with three different scents, chocolate, sugar cookie, and lemongrass. The feeling I have when smelling these three scents will be expressed in a form of calligraphy in order to create an identity of the product.

Chocolate
The scent of chocolate makes me think of something strong, tasty, mysterious and luxurious. If it were a human, it would have the character of a sport, attractive and boyish.

Sugar Cookie
The scent of sugar cookie makes me think of something sweet, soft, cheerful and tasty. If it were a human, it would have the character of a sweet, gentle and joyful girl.

Lemongrass
The scent of lemongrass makes me think of something about summer, tropical countries, and something refreshing, bright, sweet and sour. If it were a human, it would have the character of a tropical girl in the summer who is unique, sweet and sexy.
